Biography

Prof. Rao has over 30 years research experience in the areas of Vibration and Noise control, Experimental and Theoretical Modal Analysis, Biomechanics, and Rotordynamics. He was named Vice Director of Institute of vibration, shock and noise research of Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 1998, and Vice Director of Office of Discipline Development of Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2002.
