Biography
Michael U Ukwuru presently working as Head of the Department of Food Science and Technology, Federal Polytechnic, Idah, Kogi State, Nigeria.He obtained PhD in Department of Microbiology from Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, Abia State, Nigeria.He proceeded to University of Nigeria, to obtain a Post Graduate Diploma in 1999 and MSc in 2006 all in Microbiology.He started work with the Federal Polytechnic, Idah, since 1994. He went to Benue State Polytechnic, Ugbokolo, Benue State, Nigeria,where he obtained a National Diploma and Higher National Diploma and Post Graduate Diploma in 2007 from the National Teachers Institute, Kaduna, Nigeria.
