Abstract
For young women facing gynecologic cancers, the prospect of losing fertility can add an extra layer of emotional and psychological burden. Treatments for cervical, ovarian, and endometrial cancers— such as chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery-can significantly impact reproductive function. Fortunately, advancements in oncofertility (the intersection of oncology and fertility preservation) provide options that allow many women to protect their fertility, even during or after cancer treatment
