Abstract
Psychological therapy plays a critical role in addressing various mental health disorders and enhancing overall well-being. The significance of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and humanistic approaches, is discussed, along with their impact on patient outcomes. Additionally, the article examines emerging trends in psychotherapy, including digital therapy platforms and integrative approaches, which combine traditional techniques with modern technology.
