The Breast Unit of the National Cancer Institute of Milan was established in 2000. The Unit offers a multidisciplinary approach including all steps from risk assessment to long term follow up. The Breast Unit operates in collaboration with many services and offers high standard diagnostic and treatment procedures based on over 75 years of experience in the field of breast cancer. Outpatient clinic activities include: • Breast surgical oncology; • Breast plastic surgery; • Medical oncology for breast cancer; • Radiotherapy for breast cancer.
